Applications for both Year 3 intake and in-year places are handled by the School Admissions team at Surrey County Council, however, you are welcome to contact the school for general admissions enquiries and information about any in-year vacancies. Admissions Criteria
September 2024
- Looked after children and previously looked after children
- Exceptional social/medical need
- Siblings, at the time of admission
- Children of staff at the school
- Children attending Thames Ditton Infant School
- Any other children
N.B. Criteria 5 will only apply until 31st August 2024 after which time any children on the waiting list from Thames Ditton Infant School will lose the feeder school link and be re ranked. All children on the Year 3 waiting list from September 1st will be offered available places directly from the school rather than from Surrey Admissions. The feeder link (Thames Ditton Infant School) will remain for new applications for the following year.

Appeals
September 2024 entry
Offers on 16th April 2024
Appeals lodged by 15th May 2024
Appeals to be heard by 17th July 2024 (40 school days)
NB: Appeals will not start being heard until after the relevant closing date has passed.
Appeals lodged after these dates will be heard within 40 school days of the appeal deadline or 30 school days of being lodged, whichever is the later date.
Appellants will be sent notification of their appeal hearing at least 10 clear school days in advance of the hearing. Appellants will be sent a copy of the school's case 7 clear working days in advance of the hearing.
Appellants must ensure that any further evidence not included with their initial appeal, is received by 5pm on the day notified in the letter with details of the hearing. Any additional evidence or information received after this date might not be considered at the appeal hearing.
In-year or immediate entry appeals
Appeals resulting from in-year admission applications will be heard within 30 school days of the appeal being lodged.
