At Thames Ditton Junior School we are pleased to offer a reliable wrap-around childcare service before and after the normal school day. Beyond the Bell is led by an experienced team of playworkers in a safe, friendly and secure environment. This service operates every day during term time (with the exception of after school club on the last day of each term when school closes early).
Beyond the Bell Breakfast Club
Our breakfast club is open from 7:30am to 8:40am.
Children will be provided with a bowl of cereal from a range of options and either toast or bagels with preserves alongside this. These are served with fruit juices and water.
Beyond the Bell After School Club
Our after school club is open from 3:15pm to 6:00pm.
Children will be registered in the Music Lodge at the end of the school day. They will then have the opportunity to take part in a range of activities led by an experienced team. They can also attend an after school club and then rejoin Beyond the Bell afterwards. We have many activities on offer including sports, crafts, games, completing homework or relaxing with a book after a busy day at school. Children will also be provided with a light snack such as a wrap, sandwich or pita pizza.
Parents and carers can collect any time until 6pm. You will need to use the intercom by the School front door labelled ‘Beyond the Bell’ and let the team know who you are collecting. Your child will then be brought to the gate to be signed out.

MagicBooking
For our Wraparound Care booking and payments, we use a system called MagicBooking. You will be able to create your own account, giving you 24/7 access to make or cancel bookings, review past booking details, and view your payment history. Additionally, you will have full control over your children’s information, including medical details, dietary requirements, emergency contacts, authorised collectors, and more.

Payment Methods
We accept payments via debit or credit card, childcare vouchers and the government tax free childcare scheme.
You are able to spread the cost of your booking with a monthly instalment plan for bookings that last over 34 days. A deposit of £5 will be asked to secure your booking if you book more than 60 days before the activity begins. Instalments will then commence 10 days before the activity starts.
After making your first online payment at the point of booking, your following instalments will automatically be taken unless notice is given. You will receive a reminder 5 days before your payment is taken.
For bookings that are for a period less than 34 days, these will need to be paid upfront.
Childcare Vouchers and Tax Free Childcare: You will be able to select your provider and how much you intend to pay via childcare vouchers or TFC at the point of booking. The system will then give you the balance to pay based on how much you are planning to pay with the tax-free scheme. You will still need to instruct your Tax-free scheme to pay us and this payment must reach us by the 7th of each month.
